Iranian President Hassan Rouhani has said that the Iranian people will never bow to US pressure. He said the United States would face a backlash from the international community over its sanctions decision, and that Iran would respond to US threats.

According to a report published in the local daily Jang, Hassan Rouhani said that the United States should respect the rights of the Iranian people and international law, and that members of the Security Council should resist the US decision. If the two sides act, Iran is also ready for full compliance. Earlier, the United States announced the re-imposition of UN sanctions on Iran.

The number of confirmed cases of Corona in Pakistan has reached 319,848.. According to the latest statistics from the NCAC, 531 new cases were reported in the last 24 hours, one lakh 892 in Punjab, one lakh 40 thousand 534 in Sindh, 38 thousand 367 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 15 thousand 541 in Balochistan and Gilgit Baltistan. 3,955 cases were reported in ,3,131 in Azad Kashmir and  17,428 in Islamabad.
